TERMS FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY
All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
Payment: The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, credit card, money order or wire transfer. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 8% will be charged on all applicable purchases. All open accounts will be settled by credit card on file within two days of the auction closing.
Purchases of $2,500.00 or greater are not eligible for credit card payment. Payment on all invoices over $2,500.00 require payment via cash, certified funds or wire transfer.
Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form.
Gate Cards must be available at time of payment.
Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Auction End Times: All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions are timed events.
EXAMPLE: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 4:00 p.m. receives a bid at 3:59 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 4:04 p.m.
Auction bid close time is subject to automatic extend feature.
Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension period.
Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $100.00
Plus 15% Buyer’s Premium: $15.00
Sales Tax: 8% + $9.20
Total Sales Price: $124.20

In order to retrieve purchases, a paid invoice must be presented at pickup location by purchaser or their representative. NO EXCEPTIONS.
VEHICLE AND TRAILER TITLES
On all titled vehicles and trailers, titles will be executed directly by Rowell Auctions and delivered to the purchaser 14 days after the auction via USPS Priority Mail, with signature and, return receipt requested. Any vehicle or trailer not requiring a title for transfer within the State of Georgia will be transferred by bill of sale only. Purchaser shall be responsible for all title registration and tag transfer fees which will be paid by the purchaser upon transfer of registration in the county of domicile.

All firearms sales are subject to Federal Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearm transfers. Firearms will be transferred by Moultrie Shooters Supply. All firearms sales will be subject to purchaser’s criminal background check. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current Georgia Firearms License are exempt from background checks. Certified copies of documents must be presented at registration.
SHIPPING
All firearms not received in person must be shipped to a FFL Dealer. Firearms will be shipped priority insured by Shooters Supply to Buyer’s designated FFL Dealer via US Postal Service. Charges for packaging, shipping, and insurance will be $35 per gun payable to Rowell Auctions, Inc. in advance of shipment. Buyers must contact Shooters Supply to arrange for shipment of firearms (229)890-7383. Any Bidder desiring to have their firearm(s) shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer must provide Shooters Supply with written authorization (faxed or mailed) from their designated FFL Dealer which request the transfer and shipment of the specific firearm(s) to the designated FFL Dealer for transfer to the Bidder, along with a current copy of the designated FFL Dealer’s Federal Firearms License.
Firearms not picked up or shipped by 6:00 P.M., April 13th, 2021 are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee.
ADDITIONAL AUCTION TERMS
Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
