Firearms may be inspected, at Moultrie Shooters Supply, 130 Woodmen Road Moultrie, GA, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday thru Friday and Saturday, 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Ammunition and other items may be inspected, at Rowell Auctions, Inc., 1303 4^th Street, S.W., Moultrie, GA on Thursday, June 15 and Wednesday, June 23, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.

Auction Schedule

Online Bidding begins on, Thursday, June 15^th, 2017 at 10:00 AM and closes Thursday, June 22^nd, 2017 beginning at 7:00 P.M., Subject to Dynamic Close Auto Extend Bidding. Twenty-Five (25) lots will close every 5 minutes beginning at 7:00 PM. If there is a new bid placed on an item within the last five minutes, the item will have 5 minutes added to the clock. Dynamic Close Auto Extend Bidding will continue item by item until no bid are received during a 5-minute period.

TERMS:

All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. Descriptions of items are believed to be correct and are provided in good faith, but are matters of opinion and not guaranteed. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.

All firearms sales are subject to Federal Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearm transfers. Firearms will be transferred by Moultrie Shooters Supply, 130 Woodmen Road, Moultrie, GA 31788. Moultrie Shooters Supply will charge $25 per gun transfer fee.

All firearms sales will be subject to purchaser’s criminal background check unless the purchase is the holder of a Federal Firearms License or Georgia Weapons Carry License. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current Georgia Weapons Carry License are exempt from background checks. Certified copies of documents must be presented at pickup.

Firearms can only be purchased by the registered bidder. No assignments of purchases will be

allowed. To purchase long guns, bidders must be 18 years old or older on the date the auction closes. To purchase handguns, bidders must be 21 years old or older on the date the auction closes. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current Georgia Firearms License are exempt from background checks.

PAYMENT

Successful Purchasers will make payment in full at the close of the auction. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the final sales price. Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all applicable purchases. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer has the sales tax number and signs the sales tax exemption form. Purchasers will make payment in full, in the form of cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or credit card. Invoices of $5,000.00 or greater are not eligible for credit card payment (Cash, Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer Only).

RETRIVAL/ ITEM PICK UP

Monday, June 26^th, 2017 thru Wednesday, June 28^th from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Ammunition and all other items will be retrieved from:
Rowell Auctions, Inc.
1303 4^th Street, S.W.
Moultrie, GA 31768

Possession of the items will be granted upon final payment, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any firearms not picked up by 6:00 PM on June 28^th, 2017 are subject to a $10 per day storage fee.

Payments for firearms are to be made to Rowell Auctions, Inc. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO FIREARMS WILL BE SOLD TO BIDDERS NOT COMPLYING WITH AUCTION TERMS OF REQUIREMENTS. ALL OUT OF STATE PURCHASES OF HANDGUNS MUST TRANSFER TO A LICENSED DEALER IN THEIR RESPECTIVE STATE. SHIPPING AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.

NO SALES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

SHIPPING

All firearms not received in person must be shipped to a FFL Dealer. Firearms will be shipped by Moultrie Shooters Supply to Buyer’s designated FFL Dealer via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Charges for packaging, shipping, and insurance will be $45 per long gun and $35 per handgun, payable to Moultrie Shooters Supply in advance of shipment. Buyers must contact Moultrie Shooters Supply to arrange and pay for shipment of firearms (229-890-7383). Any Bidder desiring to have their firearm(s) shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer must provide Moultrie Shooters Supply with written authorization (faxed or mailed) from their designated FFL Dealer which request the transfer and shipment of the specific firearm(s) to the designated FFL Dealer for transfer to the Bidder, along with a current copy of the designated FFL Dealer’s Federal Firearms License.

Firearms not picked up or shipped by 6:00 P.M., March 28^th, 2017 are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee.

BIDDER VERIFICATION

The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Rowell will reject the registration, and bidding credentials will not be issued.

BUYERS PREMIUM

A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.

Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $100.00
Plus 15% Buyer’s Premium: $15.00
Total Contract Price: $115.00

The total content price is subject to states sales tax.

GENERAL TERMS FOR THE AUCTION

Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.

Anything the seller or Rowell Auctions knows about items has been disclosed in the published materials. All properties are sold “as-is” without any further inspections or repairs.

You are not allowed possession of the personal property until after payment. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.

AGENCY DISCLOSURE

In all transactions, the auctioneer is acting as agent for the seller, not as buyer’s agent.
