TERMS FOR FIREARMS:

All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.

All firearms sales are subject to Federal Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearm transfers. Firearms will be transferred by South Georgia Outdoors for a fee of $25.00 per firearm paid at invoicing to Rowell Auctions, Inc. All firearms sales will be subject to purchaser’s criminal background check. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current Georgia Firearms License are exempt from background checks. Certified copies of documents must be presented at pickup.

PERSONAL PROPERTY PAYMENT

The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all applicable purchases plus a $25.00 firearm fee per firearm. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer has the sales tax number and signs the sales tax exemption form. Purchasers will make payment in full, in the form of cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or credit card. Invoices of $2,500.00 or greater are not eligible for credit card payment (Cash, cashier’s check or wire transfer only).

PERSONAL PROPERTY RETRIVAL

Upon the close of the auction and full payment successful purchasers may pay and pick up merchandise at South Georgia Outdoors, 260 4^th Street S.E., Cairo, GA. 39828 between Friday, September 25^th , 2015 through Saturday, October 3^rd , 2015. Pick-up times are from 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday or Saturday from 8:00 a.m- 4:00 p.m. Closed Sunday. Any firearms not picked up by October 3^rd, 2015 are subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee. Possession of the items will be granted upon final payment. Purchasers are required to have a paid invoice from purchase and copies of Federal Firearms License or Georgia Firearms License (handgun permit).

Payments for firearms are to be made to Rowell Auctions, Inc. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO FIREARMS WILL BE SOLD TO BIDDERS NOT COMPLYING WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS. ALL OUT OF STATE PURCHASES OF HANDGUNS MUST TRANSFER TO A LICENSED DEALER IN THEIR RESPECTIVE STATE. SHIPPING AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.

ANY BIDDER DESIRING TO HAVE FIREARMS PURCHASED AND TRANSFERRED TO A LICENSED FFL HOLDER MUST COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1) BE THE HOLDER OF THE FFL. BRING A SIGNED COPY OF THE FFL WITH YOU AND PICTURE ID IDENTIFYING YOU AS THE PERSON LISTED ON THE FFL.

2) HAVE A NOTARIZED LETTER ON THE FFL DEALER’S LETTERHEAD WITH THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT:

I (holder of the FFL) HEREBY AUTHORIZE, (name of individaul picking up the firearms), AS A DULY AUTHORIZED AGENT OF (name of FFL business), TO RECEIVE AND TRANSPORT FIREARMS FROM ROWELL AUCTIONS ON DECEMBER 4 – DECEMBER 11, 2012 FOR THIS BUSINESS. MY SIGNATURE BELOW CERTIFIES THAT I AM AUTHORIZED UNDER THE BATF REGULATION TO SIGN FFLS FOR THIS BUSINESS AND TO AUTHORIZE THIS TRANSACTION.

AUCTION END TIMES

All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions are timed events and subject to extended bidding due to bidding activity. Rowell Auctions, inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.

EXAMPLE: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Real Estate Auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 2:00 p.m. receives a bid at 1:59 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 2:04 p.m. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on the entire bidding group of properties within the 5 minute time frame. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.

BIDDER VERIFICATION

The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Rowell will reject the registration, and bidding credentials will not be issued.

BUYERS PREMIUM

Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.

Anything the seller or Rowell Auctions knows about items has been disclosed in the published materials. All properties are sold “as-is” without any further inspections or repairs.

You are not allowed possession of the personal property until after payment. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.

AGENCY DISCLOSURE

In all transactions, the auctioneer is acting as agent for the seller, not as buyer’s agent.
