All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
Buyer’s Premium, Payment Terms, & Sales Tax
Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $100.00
Plus 15% Buyer’s Premium: $15.00
Sales Tax: 8% + $9.02
Total Sales Price: $124.20
The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, credit card, money order or wire transfer. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 8% will be charged on all applicable purchases. All open accounts will be settled by credit card on file within two days of the auction closing. Invoices of $2,500.00 or greater are not eligible for credit card payment (Cash, Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer Only).
Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form.
Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All Rowell auctions are timed events. (Watch the Bid Clock)
EXAMPLE: Rowell Auctions, Inc. auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 2 minutes and 30 seconds of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 6:00 p.m. receives a bid at 5:59 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 6:04 p.m.
Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.

ALL RETREIVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
Your retrieval time will be scheduled as to day and time. You select your retrieval time. There will be a link on the invoice emailed after the auction for you to schedule your retrieval appointment.
Retrieval Times: Tuesday, April 23rd – Friday, April 26th, 2024, from 10:00 AM - 6:00PM (By Appointment)
If you are unable to retrieve on these dates, please schedule an appointment to retrieve items by calling JT Rowell at (229) 589-3394.
Shipping: Items are available for retrieval as listed above. If a purchaser wishes to have items shipped, all packing and shipping charges will be at the purchaser’s expense.
