AUCTION CLOSING PROCESS
- All lots begin closing at 6 PM Eastern, subject to auto-extend bidding.
- BOATS (Lots 1-57): If any boat receives a bid within the last 5 minutes, ALL BOAT LOTS extend by 5 minutes. Boat bidding will only close after five consecutive minutes with no bids on any boat.
- ENGINES (Lots 58-87): If any engine receives a bid within the last 5 minutes, ALL ENGINE LOTS extend by 5 minutes. Engine bidding will only close after five consecutive minutes with no bids on any engine.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final contract price.

2006 Cobalt 220 | Hours: 466 Despite being a mere 22-footer, the 2006 Cobalt feels seaworthy, safe and smooth. Its handling is a shining example of what boatbuilders strive to achieve when they use monocoque construction methods. In other words, nothing moves, squeaks, rattles or reverberates. In fact, in some ways the Cobalt 220feels like a blue water boat when driven into the fray. Put through its paces, the 2006 Cobalt 220 delivered an exhilarating tour of not only the harbour, but also the more open expanses between the Heads known as The Sound. Contained by comfortable helms seats, with clear vision ahead, the boat allows drivers to venture places where other fat-bodied bowriders would shudder to go. And at speed, too. Among the features of the hull is an extended running surface. The aft sections of hull either side of the motor provide lift, stability at rest and underway-and buoyancy for the big-block V8 and weight of the crew seated on the rear lounge. At 2.62m wide, it's also a beamy boat that requires a permit to tow (check state regulations). Dry weight is 1890kg, to which you will also need to add the weight of the trailer. Measuring 24ft overall, including big boarding platform, the 2006 Cobalt 220 hull carries 20° of dead rise. This qualifies it as a deep-sea; however, I have driven more deeply veed hulls that weren't so smooth. Which is why I attribute the boat's performance as much to the monocoque construction as to the hull shape. 2006 Cobalt uses a fiberglass stringer system attached to the hull with Plexus-an eight-layer lamination process that overlaps at the chines and keel-and additional Kevlar reinforcing. Aside from a barrier coatto help prevent osmosis, the boat is converted with something called Spraycor. This material supposedly increases stiffness as well as providing sound deadening. A composite lay-up is used for the high-load transom, and walls of the liner feature Nida-core-a kind of high-tech honeycomb material. All the deck gear is stainless steel and through-bolted to aluminum plates. Even the bimini framework and adjustors are stainless steel. No straps whatsoever. The Cobalt 220 is water tested and backed by a 10-year transferable hull and deck warranty. You get five years on most of the engineering including the motor and electronics, and two years on the finish-which includes an upholstered dash, flip-up bolsters on the seats, composite seat bases, leather-wrapped wheel, big stainless-steel scuff plate in the bow and built-in headlights. All the seating, be it in the bow or the sun pad over the transom, is sculptured in such a way as to provide terrific support when cruising. There are stainless-steel grab-rails, bump-free moldings and lots of thick but accommodating stitched vinyl. No staples to be seen. Being a deep hull contributes to the sense of security when crossing steep boat wake. Taken slow or fast, the boat doesn't ship water. Seated up front or behind, you feel as though you're in the saddle on the 2006 Cobalt 220 as opposed to riding bareback. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. Carefully read the written description and review all photos prior to bidding. Inspection at Auctions Preview is recommended. Any discrepancies with any item must be brought to the seller's attention before the item is removed from premises.

DEFAULT
Any purchaser who has not settled their invoice within 36 hours of auction close will be considered in default and charged a $500.00 administrative fee on the credit card provided at registration. All administrative fees are non-refundable. Additional default remedies are reserved by the Seller & Rowell Auctions, Inc. Upon default, bidding privileges will be revoked for all future Rowell Auctions, Inc. auctions and other MarkNet auctions.
BIDDING INFORMATION
This is a timed online auction with an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the entire auction for 5 additional minutes. Bidding will continue for the entire auction until there is no bidding, on any lot, for a 5-minute period. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto-extension time period.
If you place a bid in error, contact Rowell Auctions, Inc. at (229) 985-8388 immediately. Errors not immediately reported will be considered valid bids.
RETRIEVAL INFORMATION
Retrieval times will be by appointment only. Appointments will be scheduled with the appropriate dealer at the time of payment.
Buyers must provide their own labor, material, and equipment for removal. The seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for dismantling, loading, securing, transportation, and unloading of purchased goods.
If items are removed by someone other than the registered buyer, a Release Letter must be completed. No items will be removed without paid receipt and proper ID.

STORAGE
A storage fee of $30.00 per day, per item will be charged after the final removal date of Friday, April 30th, 2025. If merchandise is not removed within 30 days from final removal date, ownership reverts to the seller.
TRAILER TITLES
Titles will be executed by Momentum Marine at Lake Martin in Dadeville, AL, Momentum Marine & RV in Foley, AL, Momentum Marine in LaGrange, GA, or Miller’s Marine in Ocala, FL directly and delivered to the purchaser. Trailers not requiring titles will be transferred by bill of sale.
