Georgia residents purchasing for farm use must present a Georgia Agricultural Tax Exemption Card (GATE Card) at the time of purchase. Licensed Georgia Dealers are exempt from sales tax and fees with proof of license. The dealership name must appear on the bidder profile. Non-Georgia residents are required to pay a Doc Fee of $35.00.
