Any Item(s) not removed by the 13th of February, 2026 at 5 PM shall be deemed abandoned by the Buyer and the Buyer shall forfeit all right, title and interest in such item(s) without refund, credit or offset of any kind. Seller shall thereafter have unrestricted right, in it’s sole discretion, to retain, resell, scrap, or otherwise dispose of any abandoned item(s), and Buyer shall have no claim against Auctioneer nor Seller for the value, proceeds, or disposition of such property.

This vehicle does not run and is not operable at the time of sale. The Auctioneer and Seller make no representation as to the cause of non-operation, mechanical condition, or the cost or feasibility of repairs. Buyer acknowledges that the vehicle will require towing or trailering and accepts full responsibility for all transportation, repairs, and related costs.

This vehicle does run and is operable, however it is in need of a water pump & belt, at the time of sale. The Auctioneer and Seller make no representation as to the mechanical condition, or the cost or feasibility of repairs. Buyer acknowledges that the vehicle will require towing or trailering and accepts full responsibility for all transportation, repairs, and related costs. Ownership will be transferred via BILL OF SALE.
