IMPORTANT AUCTION TERMS
All items sell “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied from the Seller, or Rowell Auctions, Inc. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. Carefully read the written description and review all photos prior to bidding. Inspection at Auctions Preview is recommended. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
Payment:A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price of the Real Estate (Please See Real Estate Terms & Conditions). A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to all personal property to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 7% will be charged on the contract price of all applicable purchases. At the close of the auction all invoices $2,000.00 or less will be processed and settled by credit card on file. Any invoices greater than $2,000.00 must be paid with cash or certified funds.
Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form.
Gate Cards must be available at time of payment. (If Applicable)
Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Auction End Times: All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions are timed events.
EXAMPLE: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 6:00 p.m. receives a bid at 5:59 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 6:05 p.m.
Auction bid close time is subject to automatic extend feature.
Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension period.
Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $100.00
Plus 15% Buyer’s Premium: $15.00
Sales Tax: 7% + $8.05
Total Sales Price: $123.05
Personal Property Purchase Retrieval: All items are available for retrieval as follows:

Retrieval Times: Thursday, June 16th 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CDT)
If you are unable to retrieve on Thursday, June 16th, please schedule an appointment to retrieve items by calling Rowell Auctions (229) 985-8388.
In order to retrieve purchases, a paid invoice must be presented at pickup location by purchaser or their representative. NO EXCEPTIONS.
HELPFUL AUCTION LOAD OUT INFORMATION
Buyer is responsible for providing their own labor, packaging material, and proper equipment for removal of purchased items at the designated retrieval time and location.
While Rowell Auctions, Inc., personnel will be at the site during loadout, Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the dismantling, loading, packaging, rigging, securing, transportation and unloading of purchased goods. Buyer shall hold Rowell Auctions, Inc. harmless for any property damage or injuries related to the loading, securing, transportation, and unloading.
ADDITIONAL AUCTION TERMS
Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
